Preparation:
Before using our Premium EMS Gua Sha, make sure to prep accordingly.

• Wash and dry your face so you start with clean, hydrated skin.
• Apply our Activating Serum to prepare your skin for using the tool or Apply a face yoga oil or serum of your choice before use.

Turn the Device on: Hold the button for about 2 seconds to switch the device on. This will activate the LED light, EMS and heat function.
The EMS Gua Sha has three different levels. When using for the first time, start in Blue Light mode, as this has the lowest EMS strength and allows your skin to adjust to the device. You can start using the device accordingly on your face, neck or body.

The strokes should be gentle on the face, especially around the eyes. Think of how gently you would frost a cake — it doesn’t take a lot of pressure to get great results. In fact, when moving lymph, it’s important to use light pressure. 

We recommend that you use the EMS Gua-Sha Pro 3-5 times a week for 5 to a maximum of 10 minutes.

Where to Avoid:

• Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
• Avoid areas with active acne or open wounds.

When to Avoid Use:

• If you’re experiencing facial swelling or severe inflammation.
• During pregnancy or while nursing, unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Other Important Notes:

• Do not use on eye area, eyeballs, wounds, plastic parts, throat or larynx, over the heart, etc when the device is on.
  However if you want the device can be used as normal Traditional Gua sha around the eyes are when it is not turned on (While it is powered off).
