How do I place an order?

Follow these steps to quickly place an order:

  • Select the desired item.
  • Choose the correct color and size if applicable.
  • Click the “Add to cart” or "Buy now" button.
  • You will see the item added to the shopping cart via the cart icon.
  • You can check out as a guest, log in to your account, continue shopping, or go to the cart to review your selected items.
  • Ready to order? Follow the steps in the checkout and fill in the required information.
  • Once your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will prepare your order for shipping.

You can also save items for later by adding them to your wishlist. Simply click the heart icon next to the product.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 60 minutes after placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@kawsarbeauty.com. Clearly mention your order number in the email.

After this period, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible because the processing has already started. Therefore, please check your order carefully before completing it.

Package already shipped?

If your order is already on its way, you can return the product within the return period after receipt. Please note: return shipping costs are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.

My order was not successful, but the amount has been charged?

What should I do if my order failed?

If you experience problems placing an order, try refreshing the site first. On your phone, do this by pulling the page down briefly with your thumb. If you still have questions, please contact our customer service.

How do I complete the checkout?

  • Go to your shopping cart.
  • Click on checkout at the bottom of the screen.
  • Enter your email address, details, and address.
  • Select your preferred delivery method.
  • Select your preferred payment method.
  • Click on pay or place order.
  • You will receive a confirmation email in your inbox.

What payment methods do you accept?

With us, you can pay safely and easily using various payment methods, including:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Paypal
  • iDEAL
  • Bancontact

Depending on your location and preference, additional payment options may be available.

You can pay via different methods and for some of the countries we also accept Klarna or Afterpay. Choose the payment method that suits you best to complete your order.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over €50 for most of the countries! 🚚✨

Shipping costs for other European countries, the UK, USA, and Canada are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping option you select. We offer various options so you can receive your order within a timeframe that suits your needs and budget. Sometimes delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

What are your delivery times?

We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CET will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Delivery times depend on your location and product availability. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible and process orders within 24 hours of placement.

Netherlands & Belgium:
If you place an order before 6:00 PM, it is usually processed the same day, and delivery is expected within 1-2 days. In rare cases, delays may occur due to the carrier, but you will be kept informed throughout the process.

Germany and Luxembourg:
1-3 business days

Other European countries & UK:
2-5 business days

United States and Canada:
3-10 business days

*During certain seasons and sale periods, delivery times may be longer due to carrier volume, such as around holidays. While this is beyond our control and we are not responsible, we do our best to ensure timely delivery. We appreciate your understanding.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a PostNL, DHL, UPS, or DPD Track & Trace code. From that email, you can track your package and view the expected delivery time.
