1. How can I order products?

You can order products by simply adding them to your shopping cart, entering your details and completing payment.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer support for iDeal, Bancontact, SEPA, Paypal, Apple Pay, Mastercard and VISA.

You can select these payment methods at checkout. 

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number to track your package.

4. What are the shipping costs and delivery time?

Delivery time:

Delivery time depends on your location and product availability. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible and process orders within 24 hours after you have placed an order.

In the Netherlands

Ordered before 5:00 PM, delivered the next (working) day. In some cases, shipping may take 1 to 2 working days longer, for which we are dependent on carriers PostNL, DHL or UPS.

Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg

1-3 business days

Other European countries

2-5 working days

United States and Canada

5-10 working days

Postage costs:

If a product or order says free shipping, you will receive free shipping, and if shipping is paid, you will see the shipping price before payment on the checkout page.

5. How to return and return policy?

We strive for our customers to be 100% satisfied with the product they purchased from us.
If you are having shipping or product issues and are frustrated, please contact us and our team will assist you immediately.

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If you are not satisfied with our products, we kindly request that you do not use them and return them in the original packaging.

6. Immediate cancellation of orders

You can only cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Please contact us at support@kawsarbeauty.com within 30 minutes of placing the order to cancel it.

8. Are my payment details safe?

We take the security of your payment information very seriously. We use secure connections and encryption to protect your data.

9. Can products be exchanged?

Yes, this is possible for most of the product under certain conditions. See our returns policy above.

10. Do you offer warranties on products?

Yes, some of our products come with a warranty. Read the product descriptions to find out if the product has a warranty.

11. How can I use a discount code?

You can enter a discount code during checkout. The discount amount will be automatically deducted before you complete the payment.

12. Can products be returned if they are defective?

It is of course possible that a product arrives to you defective due to transport. If this is the case, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the product.

13. Do you also give discounts?

Yes! If you sign up for the newsletter, you will usually receive a discount code and we also give a discount when purchasing multiple items, depending on the offer.
